Clearwater Lodge In the fall we offer guests outstanding Whitetail Deer Hunting. We are located within the famous Whitetail Triangle where the biggest wild fair-chase Whitetail Bucks in North America are being harvested. Hunting magazines all over the USA and Canada have been saying this part of Ontario has the best Whitetail Deer hunting in the world. Black Bear Hunting in our BMA is among the best in Ontario. We take a limited amount of hunters each fall to ensure a high success rate. Black Bears in our area are common in the 225 to 375 pound range, with a couple over the years that were almost 600 pounds. Color phases such as chocolate Black Bears and Cinnamon Black bears are available as well. Mountain Cove Lodge is located on the outer edge of Killarney Provincial Park on Lake Panache. Lake Panache has good fishing for Walleye, Northern Pike, Smallmouth Bass and Lake Trout.
